To cancel your membership, please clear your cubby, return your fob, and submit this Membership Cancellation Request Form.

Please note that all memberships are billed on the 1st of each month. To avoid being charged for the following month, your cancellation form must be submitted by the last day of the current month.

We do not offer partial-month or prorated refunds.

For example, To cancel effective July 1 and avoid being charged for July, you must submit the form by June 30. Requests submitted after June 30 will be subject to the July membership fee, with no exceptions.

Before submitting the form, please clear out your cubby space and return your fob. You will be asked to upload photos confirming both.

If you are unable to clear your cubby or return your fob (for example, if you have already moved away), you may still cancel your membership by the same deadline. A $20 cubby cleaning fee and/or $20 fob replacement fee will be deducted from your security deposit, as applicable.
