11.1. Cancellation Requests

• All cancellation and class change deadlines are calculated based on the start time of the first class in the originally registered course.

• The form can be accessed by clicking the “Class Cancellation Request” button at the bottom of the class product page. 

• Cancellations are considered effective only once the form has been successfully submitted.

• You will receive an email confirmation outlining the cancellation outcome after your request has been reviewed.

11.2. Refunds

• All cancellation deadlines are calculated based on the start time of the first class in the course.

• 7+ days before the first class: Refund available, less the applicable processing fee.

  • 4-Week & 8-Week Courses: $15

  • One-Time Workshops: $10

• Less than 7 days before the first class: No refund.
